 LaSandra Warner Raheem built her career around one core belief: a child's foundation for reading and writing has to start early, and it has to be intentional. After earning her Bachelor's degree from Florida A&M University, she spent 14 years in the classroom as an educator, watching firsthand how early exposure to literacy shaped a child's confidence and success for years afterward. That experience led her to found Prestige Childcare Learning Centers, where she now serves as CEO, building a place where children can start developing a love of reading and learning from their very first years, in an environment that's safe, nurturing, and rooted in real educational practice.

Beyond Prestige, LaSandra has built a reputation as an entrepreneur and community advocate, with ventures spanning music promotion, artist management, transportation services, tax preparation, and nonprofit development. But early childhood education remains where her passion started, and it's still at the center of everything she does. She's known for mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners, and for showing up consistently for the families she serves.
